HOTĂRÂRE nr. 122 din 15 februarie 2023 pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2023 pentru Administraţia Naţională "Apele Române", aflată în coordonarea Ministerului Mediului, Apelor şi Pădurilor

În temeiul art. 108 din Constituția României, republicată, și al art. 4 alin. (8) din Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 107/2002 privind înființarea Administrației Naționale „Apele Române“, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 404/2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.Articolul 1Se aprobă bugetul de venituri și cheltuieli pe anul 2023 pentru Administrația Națională „Apele Române“, instituție publică finanțată din venituri proprii, aflată în coordonarea Ministerului Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor, prevăzut în anexele nr. 1 și 2*) care fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
*) Anexele nr. 1 și 2 sunt reproduse în facsimil.

Articolul 2Suma de 117.732 mii lei reprezentând deficit pe anul 2023, prevăzută în anexa nr. 1, se va acoperi din excedentul anilor precedenți.

Articolul 3Lunar, Administrația Națională „Apele Române“ va întocmi execuția bugetului de venituri și cheltuieli aferentă lunii precedente, pe care o va depune la Ministerul Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor până la data de 10 a lunii curente, urmând ca Ministerul Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor să o transmită până la data de 15 a lunii curente Ministerului Finanțelor.
